- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size strips
- 2 red bell peppers, sliced into strips
- 2 yellow bell peppers, sliced into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips

- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, divided
